While Paul Ryan's $400Bn/year reduction in US debt is a good thing, it's not really wonderful.
No agencies will be disbanded--like e.g., Education, EPA, or HUD.
And it's a "ten-year plan," which means that the next (D) Congress will simply reverse it.
Good start, Paul. But you can do a lot more.

With the current Senate and President any attempts to disband those agencies are DOA. Ryan is initiating the discussion, but not overplaying the hand.
