...the RTA board approved a contract of up to $142,000 for Mueller Communications and its subcontractors to handle public relations for four months, until the board can evaluate competitive proposals for a long-term contract. Mueller led a consulting team that was paid $1.2 million over by the old Southeastern Wisconsin RTA.
