But Brett got all teary-eyed after the game, and John Madden said that meant Farve was really going to retire, this time. I Wouldn't be surprised to see #4 back, but football's hard on a body, and he's got a family he needs to tend to. I doubt that he's in need of the money..
Yeah, It's New Years Morning, and I still can't spell: Favre. I'll have to make a resolution about that. Maybe even a U.N. Security Council resolution, but it'll likely get vetoed by China or Russia.
Jimbob--remember Peter Favre, who is a Catholic saint.
Following the game, a local station caught up with Mrs. Favre. Her take: if he comes back, it's because he absolutely LOVES the game.
If he quits, it's because he absolutely LOVES his family.
Money? Hell--next year's salary for him is $11 million. This year's wasn't much different.
