It would be so easy to declare that a race-mongering letter distributed in Wauwatosa was a sign of continuing racism.
It may be.
It's also a distinct possibility--given what we've seen over the last four months--that the lctter is a 'false flag' op designed specifically to fire up tensions in Wauwatosa.
