When Conley gratuitously re-worked Wisconsin election law, he also smashed the Constitution's Article 2, Section 1. Not very "judgey" of him, eh?
But it might be worse than that.....
Conley also attempts to obliterate Article 2, Section 4, which governs Congressional elections.
IOW, any election which does NOT comport with State law is invalid.
What a bozo Conley really is, eh?
