The 7th Circuit panel managed to avoid telling "Judge" Conley that he condoned violations of the US Constitution; instead, they allowed this Democrat rape-and-pillage scheme trampling Article 2, Sections 1 and 4 to continue.
So now we'll get "technically permissible" vote fraud.
