Looks like Biden remembers the blowback he got from his "Shoot into the air!!!" inanity. So now he wants to avoid use-of-force, and has a really good suggestion for street cops.

"Bravo 214, dispatch. Deploy the shrink."
"What about the pistol?"
"You're authorized to yell at the suspect if the shrink gets shot. NO VIOLENCE!! We're sending a backup shrink with Bravo 215. That is all."
