Milwaukee JS: "Help Us"

Today's (toll-free) JS NewsWatch includes a plea for readers to "help" the paper cover the snow. (4:39 PM)

Ummmmmm.....

That'll be $9.25, or whatever a month's news-reading costs.

In the incorporated municipality you sometimes refer to as "Madistan", this is called "citizen journalism". Let's all pitch in and help "cover" this insane snow event!!!

The most severe problem with the MJS is the snow-jobs inflicted on its readers by not separating news and comment.

Hmmm. With all the Ch. 4 reporters slogging it out yesterday in .5" of snow I don't know that JS needs more help with its coverage...
