Where's Folkie and Pals on This?

You all remember Folkbum. He's all a-twitter over some imagined Walker Gulag thing.

Meantime, the Obozo/Holder Regime does this:

The Federal Bureau of Investigation is giving significant new powers to its roughly 14,000 agents, allowing them more leeway to search databases, go through household trash or use surveillance teams to scrutinize the lives of people who have attracted their attention.

...Michael German, a former F.B.I. agent who is now a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union, argued that it was unwise to further ease restrictions on agents’ power to use potentially intrusive techniques, especially if they lacked a firm reason to suspect someone of wrongdoing.

Some domestic surveillance is better than other domestic surveillance---and the Walker Boyzzz aren't dumpster-diving.

By the way, AOSHQ calls this "writs of assistance" with good reason. They were in the mix which inspired the Revolution....

This is established fact? If you deny it, it must be true.

Careful, Dad, with all your gun and ammo fantasies, you might be considered a terrrrist by one side or the other. After all, you say you criticize the Republicans as well as the Democrators.

Silly Dad! Only republicans can create police states and take away civil liberties.

I mean, all those fabulous progressives like Woodrow Wilson, or FDR, wouldn't be capable of it. After all, they only had political prisoners.
