It's the Constitution, Folks

The AM radio host is trying to make the case that 'ground-level' commanders don't like Obozo's decision to withdraw troops.

Should we review the Constitution? The term "commander-in-chief" is derived from the President's authority over 'ground-level commanders.'

So. Tell us why US troops--at 100,000+ member levels--should remain in The 'Stan.

What's the objective? Eliminate the Taliban? Create civilization?

You have 500 years?

The troops on the ground may have their say, but in the end, it is civilian authority that tells them what to do. I don't particularly care for this C-I-C, but it is what it is.

AM radio host sounds like a symbiotic condition.

So do the big three broadcasters. What's your point?
