Sumi Slapped Upside the Head; Screechin'Shirley Goes Bananas

Frankly, Kangaroo Sumi got whacked pretty hard in the decision.

"Ab initio" has a special meaning:

...it's expunged from memory altogether as being improperly entertained from the start, which means there is no remand to the lower court to try again. The higher court has said "Not only did you get this wrong, you got it so wrong we don't trust you with another bite at the apple, so we're directing your decision from here. It's over. Done. Finished. Kaput." --Ace/AOSHQ

No surprise. Soooooomeee!! was merely running for re-election, just like the DA out there.

Screechin'Shirley, the bitch-on-wheels of SCOWI doesn't like losing.

Won't do any good to tell her to take it like a man, either.

How mighty Catholic of you, Dad29! What a sad day for SCOWI. Judicial activism at its finest. Prosser, a tool for the corporatocrats.

Yup, Dad29 is in a misogynistic mood today.

Anon:

I've seen nothing in Catechism nor in the Bible itself, prohibiting one (Catholic or not) from calling a bitch a bitch;)
Some people just call it as they see it!

I read the ~entire~ SC Decision, and the only thing that even remotely points to an 'activist judge' is Abrahamson's chastisement of Prosser's honestly applying applicable LAW to his decision.

The Catholic church is based on marginalizing women. Dad's just keeping alive that brave tradition.

Anony 3:59 p.m.--"I've seen nothing in Catechism nor in the Bible itself, prohibiting one (Catholic or not) from calling a bitch a bitch."

Seriously, that is your argument? The RCC would NEVER condone that sort of name calling. Read the Scriptures. Pathetic on your part to even dare justify that behavior.

Truth is the defense.

It's called an opinion, not truth. And the RCC would still condemn the use of that word to describe someone's behavior even if it were proven.

Dad29 said...

Well, that's your opinion.

What, the RCC would NOT call out individuals who used profanity as sinners??? That the person should continue to utter those words because it is their "truth", or "opinion"?

Why don't you tell your priest that you despise someone so much that they are a bitch, and see what is his reaction to your words. He certainly would not approve of your tone, and neither would God.
