Here's something which the State of Wisconsin could enact.
Rep. Steve King, the Iowa Republican, has introduced the New IDEA Act (HR 3580) that would make two key changes in federal tax law: It would prevent businesses from deducting from their taxable income the wages and benefits they pay illegal aliens...
Of course, that's not going anywhere with The Regime in Washington. (A lot of Republicans won't support it, either.)
But there's no reason that it couldn't be enacted in Wisconsin for Wisconsin taxes.
