AB 603

Seems that the "Taxation Without Representation" problem is still with us.

AB 603 is the bill requiring that Tech-College Boards be elected. After all, they levy taxes (around $500 million/year)---but they are appointed, not elected.

My legislators have received my email on the subject, which is quite clear.
