For comparison, the State of Wisconsin's ACTUAL "general purpose revenue" (income tax) AND "Federal revenue" (money the State scored from Uncle Sam) in 2018......totaled $31.5 billion or so.

So Harvard is hoarding MORE than the entire State of Wisconsin's two largest revenue sources.

That, friends, is "White Man's Privilege."  It's also "Why Trump."

Is Fauci the Godfather of Wu-Flu?

It appears that Fauci may be the Godfather to Wu-Flu.  He has had his grubby little hands on that Chinese Communist Party Virus (CCP-V) for a number of years.

Yes, really.

....Dr. Buttar tells that this was a chimeric version virus, something that was developed here in the United States in 2015 and was published in Nature Magazine.  The virus was originally developed at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill and that’s where all the initial studies were done.  They were doing chimeric research despite a moratorium by the U.S. government preventing it.

Our Government said there was no reason for this kind of research because there was a potential for it to cause harm and a pandemic, and that’s why the government passed a moratorium in 2014.  Dr. Buttar says that Fauci basically broke the law, that he went against a government moratorium, he used taxpayer money through his National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) division of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and funded research that led to Covid-19, and then he was documented at Georgetown University in 2017 saying that President Trump will face a pandemic.

Chimeric research means they are taking a naturally occurring virus and mutating it, genetically modifying it, and changing the configuration morphologically to gain function.  Dr. Buttar says it’s called a “Gain of Function” study.  That means that they’re taking something that may already have the potential to cause harm and making it more harmful, more virulent and more resistant.  Dr. Buttar found that they had taken a strain of the coronavirus and added the backbone of the SARS virus and then inserted HIV and MERS orthologs on top of it to make a more detrimental virus. (Orthologs are genes in different species that evolved from a common ancestral gene by speciation, and, in general, orthologs retain the same function during the course of evolution.)

This research was outsourced to the Wuhan lab in China to be continued since America had put a stop to it, and it was Anthony Fauci’s department in the NIH who gave the $3.7 million grant to Wuhan lab for more research....

The ortholog additions explain the uneven 'performance' of the virus; some who are infected suffer very serious symptoms (including death); others hardly know they're sick.  The mutations break down over time--nature doesn't like them--so variations are foreseeable.

Regardless of that, Fauci, who failed in his AIDS-fighting role and has spent far too much time with the Eugenics-Globaloney crowd (Gates/Sachs, etc.) should be shoved off the stage politely before he gets shoved off the stage NOT so politely.......by infuriated relatives of his victims.

Obama Ordered Trump-Spying. Doh!

In what is the least surprising development in the "Russia, Russia, Russia" Trump-spying case, it is now clear that Obama ordered it.

...The Senate report revealed the Intelligence Community Assessment began at the behest of Obama himself in early December 2016 during a meeting of the National Security Council, with the president instructing then-Director of National Intelligence James Clapper to prepare a comprehensive report on Russian interference. The report stated Obama “directed that the report include everything the IC knew about Russian interference in the 2016 elections.” 

Clapper told the committee, “I don’t think we would have mounted the effort we did, probably, to be honest, in the absence of presidential direction, because that kind of cleared the way on sharing all the accesses.” 

The Senate report noted Obama asked for the intelligence assessment to cover a wide range of Russia-related topics and be completed by the end of his second term in late January 2017. The report notes, “There was no document memorializing this presidential direction.”...

Of COURSE there was "no document."  Obama's been a dirtball for long enough to know kindergarten-level rules of "How To Be a Dirtball."

The sad part is this:  Obama will never be prosecuted, nor will the Arkancide Queen.  Never--until they go directly to Hell, not passing "Go."

Stare Decisis Eroding? Prayer Works!!

Looks like SCOTUS has finally gotten over itself. 

In a news story about jury verdicts in which SCOTUS overturned a 1972 decision, the issue became "stare decisis.  That has VERY interesting implications for abortion, since one abortion-related case has yet to be decided.

....among the various opinions was a dispute about when the court should overturn precedent, an issue the justices have grappled with in recent years and could come into play this spring in a blockbuster abortion case out of Louisiana as well as in cases this term and next dealing with religious liberty.

For Justice Neil Gorsuch, writing for the majority on Monday, the result was clear cut. Over 26 pages, he dug into the intent of the founders. "Whether it's the common law, state practices in the founding era, or opinions and treatises written soon afterward -- the answer is unmistakable," he wrote.

In doing so, he targeted a 1972 case called Apodaca v. Oregon, where the court held that the Sixth Amendment permits non-unanimous verdicts in state criminal trials, calling it an "admittedly mistaken decision."

The ruling, Gorsuch wrote, was an "outlier on the day it was decided, one that's become lonelier with time."...

Evers Plan Will Keep WI Closed. Period.

Frankly, I don't care if Evers' plan 'is based on' a Trump suggestion.

He intends to crush tens of thousands of Wisconsin churches, church-goers, workers and families--and their businesses.  There's no other way to read this "order."

First:  the Governor, not some Abortion-Barbie headed bureaucracy, should "determine" progress, although one expects the Governor to take advice from them.

Second:  At this time, Wisconsin's testing shows only 10% positive results--which is below the national average of 20% (per London Daily Mail 4/20/20).  How much "less" can Wisconsin's rate become?

Third:  What is "progress in increasing testing"?  An extra 50/day?  100/day?  2,000/day?

Fourth:  Abortion-Barbie Palm wants to hire 1,000 new Chinese Communist Party Virus (CCP-V) 'chasers' to track and trace infections.  Oh?  Does that mean she will keep the State's churches and commerce closed down tight until she finds 1,000 people for this?  (By the way, how will they "qualify" for that job?  How long can "hiring" all those "qualified" people take?)

Fifth:  Will anyone define "acquiring PPE for PSA and HC"?  One set of PPE/person?  Five sets?  Two hundred fifty sets?

Finally:  Don't you love that "surge" bullshit, especially when there was never a danger of a shortage of hospital rooms in the first place?

The "plan" is NOT to re-open Wisconsin's churches and businesses.  There's an election at stake here--and what's more important:  you miserable churchgoing Deplorables, or a (D) in the White House?

Will Tom Barrett Kill Voters?

We all know that Tommy-Boy Barrett, Mayor of Milwaukee, explicitly or tacitly forced City of Milwaukee residents to vote in horribly crowded germ-factories.

That's because Barrett explicitly or tacitly refused the assistance of the National Guard in manning voting locations.

Now it is revealed that seven Milwaukee citizens contracted the Chinese Communist Party Virus (CCP-V) while voting in Tommy Barrett's disease-vector election.

So if one or more of them dies, did Tommy Barrett kill them??   Or did Neal Albrecht, Barrett's election-stooge? 

Why, yes:  NPR asks the same question, so it must be valid.

Apparently John Meacham (whoever he is) thinks John F. Kennedy was a "Nazi sympathizer," at least according to the short clip Tucker provided in this editorial.

Meacham tells us that the phrase "America First" was invented by "Nazi sympathizers".  (Well, that's what Wiki says, anyway.)

So when JFK and Lindbergh, along with Gerry Ford, Potter Stewart, Sargent Shriver, and Frank Lloyd Wright joined, they must have been "Nazi sympathizers," right?  Same with the chairmen of Sears, the Chicago Tribune, and Vicks Chemical, right?

A friend has asked the question......which Governor is more stupid and malevolent?

In one corner, there's "Stretchin' Gretchen" Whitmer, a Grand Valley State grad, who has banned the sale of garden-seeds as "inessential," yet OK's abortion as "life-sustaining."  She also forbids lawn maintenance while allowing dope-sales (a taxable event.)

In the other corner stands "Tokin'Tony" Evers, who is controlled, managed, and directed by two Abortion Barbies--his campaign manager and his "Health" secretary who holds an MS in Social Studies (or some such crapola.)  He has advanced a three part plan to re-open Wisconsin sometime in the future, but he can't come up with a date.

"Complete" Testing? Not Until September

Wisconsin's Abortion Barbies Maggie Gau and Andrea Palm, who write "Gov." Evers' announcements for him, are demanding lots more "testing" before they allow Tony to lift the (illegal) Imprisonment.

That might be a problem.

[F]ormer FDA head Scott Gottlieb warned Monday that the US likely won't have the capability to carryout mass testing until September...

"We're not going to be there. We're not going to be there in May, we're not going to be there in June, hopefully we'll be there by September,” Gottlieb said during an appearance on NBC's "The Today Show".

This is what Trump opponents (Democrats) want, because by September, the economy will be a smoking ruin, and as everyone knows, people vote their wallets.  Doh.

Lockdown May Cause Beer Shortage!!!

The ruling from U.S. District Judge John Broomes in Wichita prevents the enforcement of an order issued by Gov. Laura Kelly if pastors and congregations observe social distancing. The judge’s decision will remain in effect until May 2; he has a hearing scheduled Wednesday in a lawsuit filed against Kelly by two churches and their pastors....

This is a lawsuit which should have been filed in Wisconsin on March 26th by Wisconsin Catholic Bishops.  But they chose to kowtow to Tony Evers and his Abortion Barbies, Gau and Palm.

Goldie Goes Gloom/Doom

Bear in mind that Goldman Sachs has flip-flopped a good deal in the last 90 days or so.

...the very same Goldman which last week announced it no longer expects the S&P to retest the lows and pulled its S&P to 2,000 base case while predicting that stocks will surge to 3,000, which would make forward PE multiples just shy of a bizarro-world 30x, now forecasts S&P 500 cash spending will decline by an annual record 33% during 2020 as firms prioritize liquidity in a worsening economic environment.  

Additionally, Goldman which late last year said that the US is now recession proof and predicted a surge in capital spending, now expects that Capex will decline by 27%, R&D by 9%, and cash acquisition spending by 49%, leading to a 26% plunge in investment for growth, which means a collapse of money in circulation...

So I guess Goldie learned how to hedge. 

Nonetheless, it's interesting, and if it materializes as they expect, this will be a truly horrible year--no thanks to the likes of Tony Evers who has never missed a paycheck in 20+ years.

Rep. Van Wanggard (R-Racine) wrote a charming letter to Tokin'Tony Evers (sock-puppet for Abortion-Barbie Andrea Palm.)

In that letter, Wanggard asks a number of questions, NONE of which Evers will answer clearly, even though Evers claims that "the science" is behind his extension.

Samples:

When putting in place your order for the initial four weeks, it was explained that this time period was chosen for the purpose of preventing the disease’s spread for two, 2-week, incubation periods. What in the science of the disease has changed that now recommends four-and-a-half, 2-week, incubation periods?...

...How many people have required hospitalization specifically for COVID-19 and not underlying health conditions and how many have required treatment in ICUs or with ventilators? What is the current (as of the day of your response) number of people a) hospitalized, b) in ICU, and c) on ventilators in Wisconsin? What percentage ofWisconsin’s health care capacity does that represent?...

...You have extended “Safer at Home” until May 26, 2020. What evidence do you have that a 9-week quarantine order will decrease the infection and death rate from COVID-19?...

The Upcoming (D) Vote Fraud in Wisconsin

You weren't silly enough to think that the Wisconsin Democrats would stop at ONE massive vote-fraud scheme this year, were you?

Because they didn't.

...Meanwhile, in Milwaukee and Madison, clerks were enabling absentee voters to bypass voter ID laws through a loose interpretation of “indefinite confinement,” a designation for absentee voters whose immobility prevents them from presenting proper legal documents. Claiming indefinite confinement waives the photo identification requirement.

Voters are “going to follow the governor’s [stay-at-home] order and the law, and now they’re incapable of exercising their right to vote, and that’s what this [indefinitely confinement] law is designed for,” said Milwaukee County Clerk George Christenson.

Researchers at the Legislative Reference Bureau, however, said the clerks’ advice to apply indefinite confinement amid the pandemic was illegal, because the governor’s coronavirus order still allows people to leave their homes.

“The Dane Country clerk and the Milwaukee County Clerk concluded that because of coronavirus, every single person was indefinitely confined,” Republican Party of Wisconsin Chairman Andrew Hitt told The Federalist. “We’ve seen those indefinite confinement numbers go from the high 60,000s, to 180,000 people in Wisconsin.”

To make matters worse, after self-selecting as “indefinitely confined,” voters automatically retain that status, meaning this uptick in absentee voters who bypass ID requirements will likely affect future elections...

Just in case you forgot, Wisconsin is a battleground State for November, and the Democrats, true to their principles, will lie, cheat, steal, and defraud anyone, any time, any way possible.

Evers/Palm's Propaganda Numbers Don't Work

Evers is the sock-puppet for this woman.

...Wisconsin needs to be wary about causing a “second wave” of the virus, said [Andrea] Palm. In order to relax social distancing measures more widely, she explained, the state needs to put in place much more widespread testing. To do that, there needs to be an expanded health care workforce to conduct contact tracing in order to identify anyone with whom an infected person has been in close contact. ...

So long as Palm and the rest of the Left can keep the EVERYBODY WILL DIE!!! chant going, they will succeed in strangling the Wisconsin economy--which, in their minds, will serve to get Trump out of office.

But not "EVERYBODY" will die.  Not even close.

Approximately 1,000 people die every week in Wisconsin (all causes, 2017 figures.)  Most die from heart disease (11,800), followed by cancer, accidental death, COPD, and stroke (2,500).  Chinese Flu won't even come close; using the average below, that's 750 for the entire year. 

Since the Wu Flu popped up here, it has been present in ~200 Wisconsin residents who died.  Let's be generous and count from January 1:  that's 14.5 weeks.

That's 13.8 deaths/week from Wu Flu--assuming that Wu Flu was actually the cause of death, rather than merely being present in the victim.

In fact, Palm/Evers are nearly as deadly as the Wu Flu.  Right now, they are strangling 392,000 Wisconsin workers and their employers to prevent about 500 deaths.  That number will continue to grow as more and more businesses are affected by The Imprisonment.

 ...Every 1 percent hike in the unemployment rate will likely produce a 3.3 percent increase in drug-overdose deaths and a 0.99 percent increase in suicides, according to data from the National Bureau of Economic Research and the medical journal Lancet.

Palm/Evers are creating hunger, spouse-abuse, increasing drug use, suicides, bankruptcies, evictions.....for 500 deaths?

It gets better.

Evers/Palm's EVERYBODY WILL DIE!! propaganda doesn't stand up well given new evidence.  China Flu's Infection Death Rate is not more serious than that of Influenza-A (or -B).  Their screeching also ignores the huge, documented, jump in the denominator shown in a California study.  And just yesterday, the chicken-entrails/majick incantations bunch IHME dropped its death projections by ANOTHER 12% or so. 

As to "preventable".........so are highway fatalities and fall-off-the-ladder deaths.  Evers/Palm are not demanding that the highways be shut down and ladders be confiscated.  Death happens, especially to the old, diseased, and infirm.  It is natural, albeit unpleasant.

Don't be a victim of the Evers/Palm game.  Show up on Friday the 24th, 1:00 PM at the Capitol.  Let them know that Wisconsin citizens will not cower under their beds over propaganda.

Sheriff B. Fife Is In Wisconsin!!

You may think that Deputy B. Fife is still in North Carolina.  You're wrong.  He moved to Marquette County, WI. and did something just like you'd expect.

And now he'll pay for it.

Brief:  girl goes on school trip, returns early with class due to China Flu concerns.  Comes down with symptoms of China Flu.  Self-isolates, doesn't get better, goes to the hospital.  Doctors run the test, can't confirm China Flu, but agree that she probably has it.

She posts the story on Instagram to warn her HS pals that they, too, may have it.

School District calls the cops, alleging that the girl is "faking it" to get out of classes.  County Sheriff B. Fife (not his real name) sends Deputy, who.............

.....knocked on her family’s door and demanding she remove her posts on Instagram or she would be arrested and thrown in jail on disorderly conduct charges. Apparently the school officials thought the girl was making up the story, and making posts about having the virus and her parents calling school officials to inform them that their daughter has the virus and they might want to inform other students constitutes unlawfully creating a panic....

Now enters the School District:

Bailing Out Banks Again??

ZeroHedge is an interesting site.  They have economic news/opinions which are.......ahhh........unique.

At the same time, some things are worth knowing.

...so far the Big 4 banks have reserved an additional $24BN in Q1 for future loses. But if the GFC is any indication of the defaults that are about to be unleashed, the real amount of losses, discharges and delinquencies will increase 3x-4x compared to the current baseline, meaning that over the next several quarters, banks will have to take another $75-$100BN in reserves on loans that go bad, wiping out years of profits, which were used not for a rainy day fund but to pay for - drumroll - buybacks....

OK; if banks are forced to write off $100 billion ++, what happens?

...Keep an eye on those charge-off updates. While they have yet to pick up, once they do it will be an avalanche of consumers refusing or unable to pay down their loans, sticking banks with the loss. The only question then is whether the banks will stick taxpayers with what is shaping up as yet another taxpayer bailout of the US financial system....

Sundance, who has a Ph.D. in the Scandal of the Century, is convinced that Bob Barr's objective is to cover up FBI and DOJ crimes against Trump (and the citizens of this country) while perp-walking a few selected crooks.

The problem:  we all KNOW that the FBI and DOJ are corrupt; the only question is "How far down does the corruption extend?"

Who Is Resisting Chloroquine?

The Captain dug up an interesting item.

Chloroquine, a relatively safe, effective and cheap drug used for treating many human diseases including malaria, amoebiosis and human immunodeficiency virus is effective in inhibiting the infection and spread of SARS CoV in cell culture. The fact that the drug has significant inhibitory antiviral effect when the susceptible cells were treated either prior to or after infection suggests a possible prophylactic and therapeutic use....

Well, who would say such a thing?  Awful.  Just Awful--it's not CLINICALLY TESTED, right?

Wrong.

This is a conclusion statement by a NIH study on Coronavirus (Covid-19 is SARs, Bat-SARs + some proteins that mimic HIV).  This study, entitled “Chloroquine is a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus infection and spread,” was completed and published on August 22, 2005

Hydroxychloroquine is a descendant of chloroquine, just as WuFlu is a descendant of SARS.  Huh!

So who could possibly be behind the enormous push-back on the most effective treatment we know of?

Fauci's Bureaucratic Bullshit

We have to credit The Last Refuge which--early on--warned us that Fauci was not a reliable source but that Fauci loved him some camera-time.  Nonetheless, we all paid attention to Fauci's yappaflappa.

That is a problem--for Fauci.  Because when we actually pay attention, it's clear that Fauci is very good at Bureaucratic Double-Talk.  That's the stuff that's designed to cover one's ass because it is not........exactly.........truthful.

...1.)  Dr. Fauci says he warned Trump in January that the US was in real trouble but that is not what he said publicly.

2.)  Dr. Fauci warned of an apocalyptic coronavirus pandemic — then just weeks later he later compared the coronavirus to a bad flu.

3.) Dr. Fauci based all of his predictions on garbage IHME models that were OFF BY MILLIONS and then told reporters this past week, “You can’t really rely on models.”

4.) On March 20th Dr. Fauci jumped in and “corrected” the president during a press briefing on hydroxychloroquine treatment for coronavirus saying, “You got to be careful when you say ‘fairly effective.’ It was never done in a clinical trial… It was given to individuals and felt that maybe it worked.”...

You get the idea.  Fauci used this technique to retain his job for decades--and long after he was responsible for blowing the call on AIDS.

Apparently Trump has figured out the Fauci Two-Step.  GOOD!!

WI Hospital Bed Projections: "Never Mind!"

As you can see from today's IHME projections of hospital bed-use/beds available, it is one very large "Never Mind!!"

That's waaaayyyy different from the IHME projections of only 3 weeks ago, but let's not talk about that.

Let's also not talk about Fauci's JANUARY 21 statement to the effect that the WuFlu was 'not a serious threat' in the US.

Talking about that is a symptom of BADTHINK.

Fauci & Tapper Try for Another Impeachment

Fauci--the man who failed on AIDS--tells Tapper that 'more lives could have been saved' if Trump had shut down the US in mid-February.

Oh.

First off, "Trump" did NOT 'shut down' the US.  Governors did, after Trump's Administration issued guidelines.

Secondly, Fauci admits there was 'a lot of pushback.'  Yes, and for good reason:  the places which were most likely to be problems were Large Democrat Cities, such as NY, DC, CHI, LA, SFO--and at the time, SEA.  You don't have to be a 4th-grader to figure out what the reaction would have been if Trump had suggested that those cities go into Imprisonment.

Further, mid-February it was not clear that the WuFlu was as serious as it eventually showed to be in early March.

Sure, Tapper gave Fauci a question which was loaded in the first place.  But Fauci has been around Gummint for 40 years and he knew exactly what he was saying.

It's time for Fauci's mouth to take a very long rest.

The Nazis are said to be the first to ban homeschooling (it remains illegal in Germany to this day). Harvard would like the USA to follow suit, and for the same reason. Homeschooling disrupts the uniformity of thought that social engineers attempt to impose through public schools.

This June, Harvard will host “Homeschooling Summit: Problems, Politics, and Prospects for Reform.” Participants will discuss the “problems of educational deprivation and child maltreatment that too often occur under the guise of homeschooling.”

Elizabeth Bartholet of Harvard Law is a speaker and co-organizer. She has described homeschooling as a threat to society....

What Did Michigan Elect??

It appears that the Governor-ette of Michigan is madder than the hatter.

She forbade MD's to prescribe hydroxychloroquine + Zpaks--an order which she reversed after a few days of heavy "pressure" (meaning threatening phone calls, letters, and emails).

Then she issued an order banning the sale of flower-and veggie-seeds.  Because whatever.

Now she orders that no one may purchase a US flag, either.

This woman is a combination of Pelosi and AOC, with none of the two redeeming qualities that either of them have.

How Deadly IS China-Virus??

As many of us suspected, the Chinese coronavirus is not nearly as "fatal" as advertised by some.  On the other hand, it's more deadly than typical influenza, which is not what I expected.

...Over the last two weeks, German virologists tested nearly 80 percent of the population of Gangelt for antibodies that indicate whether they'd been infected by the coronavirus. Around 15 percent had been infected, allowing them to calculate a COVID-19 infection fatality rate of about 0.37 percent. The researchers also concluded that people who recover from the infection are immune to reinfection, at least for a while....

For comparison, the U.S. infection fatality rates for the 1957–58 flu epidemic was around 0.27 percent; for the 1918 Spanish flu epidemic, it was about 2.6 percent. For seasonal flu, the rate typically averages around 0.1 percent. Basically, the German researchers found that the coronavirus kills about four times as many infected people than seasonal flu viruses do....

But there's more, and it's good news (except for the modelers and wannabee dictators....)

...The authors developed a high-specificity (>99%) test for anti-virus antibodies and tested a significant fraction of the village. They found that 7x as many people were positive for antibodies as were positive for viral RNA—15% of the total population.  There’s good reason to think these results could be approximately representative of the rest of the world. The case-fatality rate based on RNA tests is in the range observed in the non-overwhelmed world. 

This is a small and preliminary study, but if the results are borne out by others, then the mortality rates from even the direst models have to be divided by at least 7. That’s still a lot of deaths, but (as the authors of the report indicate) it means that milder mitigation measures may be sufficient once we’ve got the hotspots (like New York City) under control....

In that study, they determined a valid denominator and found that a LOT of people had it but were asymptomatic or the symptoms were very mild indeed.  However, if you get it, you have a 3-in-100 chance of dying from it--with that "3" heavily salted with individuals with high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma/COPD, or heart problems.

Is that really enough to demolish the US economy?
