Not surprising: about 2/3rds of all Wisconsin's WuFlu cases are in Milwaukee and Dane Counties.
And about 80% of Wisconsin's cases are in the SE quadrant of the State.
Clearly, the WHOLE State should be imprisoned./sarc

Curious that the Hot Spot areas are the same areas where people will not comply with the stay home order.
