Go ahead. Read the entire thing. Not ONE mention of the date, which leads to the suspicion that it was an Obama or 'Globaloney George' grant. Actually, I have no problem with funding medical research. But I DO have a problem with funding bio-weapons research for enemy States.
There is one hint: the story refers to a '2016 paper' having to do with bat-virus findings. Therefore, it's likely that the grant in question came before 2016........
This is clearly 'news manipulation' or--as we now know it--FAKE NEWS.
(Sure, we read the Daily Mail. It's reliably TDS (just like the local kitty-litter-liner JS, Bloomberg, and Drudge. Falls under "G-2" obligation.)
