Tokin'Tony has promoted himself to Tsar-for-an-Hour with a ludicrous EO delaying the April election until June, and ordering all the local Governments to remain in place until June 30. That's because the local elections on the ballot would cause changes in local officials....

Belling suspects that Maggie/Tony/Tony/Maggie, Tsarina, is putting on a dog-and-pony show to excuse their impending LOSS in the SCOWI race, and perhaps in the 2nd Circuit, too.
