OK, so Evers is a fiscal inebriate, so long as the money goes to his pals.
Scott Walker should NOT try to out-spend Evers on education, because that's a bottomless pit.
How about debt reduction? Highway completions? Tax reductions? Medicaid assistance for thousands? More jobs than people? The Wall? ooops....
