Good ol' Tony Evers has all sorts of ideas about spending more money on publik screwels.
A billion here, a billion there, property-tax increases, .....
It's almost as though the public schools are the ONLY line items in the State budget. State highways? Medicaid? Welfare? Prisons? DNR? State Parks?
Who needs all that crap when you can spend even more on schools?? After all, more money guarantees more quality, right?
Oooops. We forgot. Tony will also empty the prisons of the 'nice folks'. You know the ones: armed robbery, rape, battery, grand theft, dope-selling, gun violence.....but only HALF of them will be set free near your wife and daughter.
So yah. We'll spend less on "prisons."
