The Implications of Rahm-ism

It's not just Chicago, by the way.  Rahm-ism is Obozo-ism.

There's a reason that Wisconsinites refer to Chicago people as F.I.B's.  Rahm personifies it, as did Capone.  But at least Capone didn't play the victim card.
