Yes, Esmirelda, Some Bankers ARE Crooks

Specifically, CitiBank.

But then, they weren't indicted; they weren't prosecuted; they aren't jailed.

So........does that mean they are NOT crooks?  Or that it pays to have the right sort of friends?
