Dad29, it's called reaching out to constituents. Lest not we forget, some of those farmers are also Tea Party activists. Best be careful how you label them.
The only wh--- is Perry who will provide corporate welfare to big oil, rather than find alternatives to wean ourselves from the sickening dependency of oil. Had our nation listened to Carter 30 years ago, we would be BETTER OFF!
