Industrial capacity utilization moved up again--to 76%--which is about 4% less than the 1983-2008 average (see charts at the link.)
So it's positive, but not robust, which is consistent with every other economic signal, including unemployment.
Same with industrial production, which is now at 94.9% of the 2007 average. That's an increase from last month.
