So if the JS wins their case...
It's important for citizens to be able to see the "adult" images found on a former Cedarburg school teacher's computer to judge whether it was right that the School District fired him - or whether a ruling reinstating him would be correct.
That's the argument a lawyer representing the Journal Sentinel made Monday before the state Supreme Court.
Just what is the JS' proposal? That they print the pix in the Ozaukee County edition? That they post them on Mequon Now? Or that they have a new section, "The Blue Sheet"?
Or that they assign a reporter to review the pix?
Which reporter shall it be? Will some editor snatch the assignment? It's an Ozaukee County matter, so should it be the Ozaukee County columnist?
Or will it go to an independent panel of experts. "Lemmeeesseeee, heah, George, who do we know that's a porno expert? Got him/her in the Rolodex?"
Decisions, decisions, decisions....
