Sykes got the Mayor of Milwaukee on the phone, and the Mayor stated, several times, that 'he wants to hear no excuses' from others about the crime situation in Milwaukee.
Hmmmmmm....
Those remarks were made after Sykes quoted the Police Chief's "crisis" comment.
He repeats "[The police should] pick up the bad guys, put them in jail" at the end of the interview--and now Sykes picks it up and calls the question...
Maybe the rumors of serious morale problems in the MPD are not only true, but well-founded...
