BagManJim Doyle (D-WEAC) has been derelict in bringing Wisconsin government policy and procedure into compliance with Federal terrorism measures. We suppose that's because BagManJim has been busy fund-raising--and vetoing common-sense legislation.
One of the items BagMan doesn't like is the Federal requirement that States require 'proof of legal residence' before issuing drivers' licenses. BagMan's apprentice bag-man at DOT, a fellow named Busalacchi, has a comment:
"We've been getting bashed about long lines at the DMV, and it's only going to get worse," said Chris Klein, executive assistant to state Transportation Secretary Frank Busalacchi, who is Judd's boss
Nobody mentioned that BagMan steals money from DOT to fund WEAC, of course.

I know(common sense) that if I go to the DMV that I need to pack a lunch and account for an afternoon or so. Why doesn't anyone else know this? So what, the wait time to talk to an unhelpful state employed counter representative wil increase from 3 hours to 4 hours? If this can guarantee that illegals aren't obtaining identification to further their heinous plots and schemes, I'll gladly oblige. I may have to start chewing tobacco to get my nicky fix though.
