REALLY Small Lighted Targets

Those inventive old Brits have come up with a new one.

British scientists have made a breakthrough in the control of malaria: by creating mosquitoes with fluorescent testicles.

"This advance could have enormous implications for controlling mosquito populations," says Andrea Crisanti, the professor of molecular parasitology at ICL.

Another thing: now we'll be able to test those folks who claim that they can 'shoot the [testes] off a gnat.' I, for one, will take their word for it--if they can shoot them off a mosquito.
