The raid on the President's house resulted in confiscation of attorney-client protected items.
...Sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News Saturday that the former president’s team was informed that boxes labeled A-14, A-26, A-43, A-13, A-33, and a set of documents—all seen on the final page of the FBI’s property receipt —contained information covered by attorney-client privilege....
Now what COULD that be? Hmmmm. (Scratches head....)
Oh, yes!! The material Trump was using in his lawsuit against Hillary Clinton.
Just a wild guess, of course.

LOL, those "sources" are former President Trump's lawyers. So not a trusted bunch.
The dire problem is that an EX-PRESIDENT has in his possession sensitive material when he was not supposed to have it in the first place without going through the proper established channels. Remember, a lawyer for former President Trump signed a written statement in June 2023 asserting that all material marked as classified and held in boxes in a storage area at former President Trump's Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence and club had been returned to the government.
The problem with his position of “declassifying everything by unwritten fiat” argument is not just the absence of any contemporaneous evidence that it happened; it is that, if presidents had that kind of power, President Biden could just reclassify everything Trump declassified in one fell swoop.
The “standing order” is simply cover for former President Trump regarding declassifying and reclassifying documents. Remember, the Trump team has known the contents of the search warrant since last Monday–hell, the Trump family watched the search via their own security cameras according to a Trump lawyer– but are only just mentioning the supposed standing order this past Friday night, the day the warrant was publicly released.
So former President Trump declassifies hundreds of documents through a “standing order”on his way out because he has that authority, and then Biden, under that same alleged power, is able to reclassify them immediately. See how idiotic it gets?
