...A survey conducted by academics at Iowa State University of farmers in Iowa, Illinois and Minnesota found that 57 percent somewhat or strongly support tariffs on Chinese goods, according to NBC News. Fourteen percent were neutral. Just 30 percent somewhat or strongly oppose the tariffs....
But but but but....muh Narrative!!!.....
You'll never see this, either:
...U.S. agriculture exports to China plummeted from $19.5 billion in 2017 to just $9.2 billion in 2018. But overall farm exports rose slightly, suggesting that other countries have taken to buying products that China is avoiding....No doubt that a lot of farmers are having a tough couple of years, especially dairy farmers who are selling to milk-processing plants (as opposed to yogurt, e.g.) Some farmers will go out of business, just like some manufacturers did in the '90's due to Clinton's deals with Mexico and China.
Newspapers are going out of business, too. Since they're no longer sources of reliable information.....well......who cares?
