One of the local weather jocks apparently grew up in Hawaii or Miami.
He describes wind-chill temps of 5-10 degrees ABOVE zero as "bitterly cold."
How will he describe the conditions when the NON "wind-chill" temps are -20 degrees with a 5 MPH breeze from the west--like damn near any night during January?
By the way, that "wind chill" stuff is a pile of foofoodust. You'll have a cold face if you don't know how to dress, or are stupid enough to set your face into the wind during winter.
Sheesh.
