Upton's Record: Poison Lightbulbs. Now Strangle the Economy?

It appears that Upton (R-MI) doesn't have a clue. He was a leader in foisting poison (CFL) lightbulbs onto American families. Now he's going girlyman on EPA's CO2 scheme.

"The best solution is for Congress to overturn the EPA's proposed greenhouse gas regulations outright. If Democrats refuse to join Republicans in doing so, they should at least join a sensible bipartisan compromise to mandate that the EPA delay its regulations until the courts complete their examination of the agency's endangerment finding and proposed rules." --quoted by Milloy in HE.

No.

The best solution is to strangle EPA, not the USA. If Freddy doesn't get it, then he should get off the bus.

We had a bad feeling about Upton...

Time to light up Boehner's and Cantor's e-mail.

Where was your concern about the environmental effects of mercury in decades of millions of fluorescent tubes in office buildings and factories?
