WOW. The suspension will start at midnight on the 24th... You're talking about the biggest drinking holiday of the year beginning that night! This will CRUSH their business.
For the record, out of all the taverns on Water Street, this is the most "ethnically diverse" bar. Seriously. And it has always been somewhat of a trouble spot; including back when I was causing trouble there in 1997.
