The picture is an analogy for the State of Wisconsin after Doyle.The worst part: that bridge is in better shape than the State of Wisconsin's finances after 8 years of James Earl Doyle's "governance."

I can tell you that none of the bridges between the Mitchell Interchange and the state line are in that bad a condition.
