$100K/H1-B Fees Coming Up

Trump will impose a $103+K fee for each H1-B put on the payrolls in the US.

There are hundreds of H1-B computer programmers and engineers in the Milwaukee area.

Think Milwaukee Electric Tool will pay $100K for each of its 400 H1-Bs?  CapGemini for its several hundred?  (Cap is a bodyshop.  Think "Kohl's" and/or "Deluxe Data")

Yah. Nope.

Naturally, this will go to court again.  First time around, some twit-in-black said that the fee is a "tax."

This time around, Trump claims that the FEE will be used to offset expenses incurred for administering the H1-B program.

(No judge has been asked to review Roberts' asinine ObozoCare "fee/tax/fee/tax" ruling--yet).
