Wisconsin Electric has announced another rate-hike request. If they get it, you will be paying about 25% MORE for electricity than you were paying in 2020.
Almost all of that increase is due to WE's embrace of "clean" energy: sun-catchers and windmills, plus the accumulated 'stuff' needed to put those up.
So now you know the real meaning of the term "Clean Energy."
It cleans out your pockets.
