We all know that Catholic Charities out of D.C. is indirectly cooperating with the cartels by advertising its offer of free housing, transportation, and meals to illegals at the border. (Strictly speaking, this is a serious moral problem, but let's move on.)
Is Milwaukee's Catholic Charities "Phase Two" further accommodating illegal entry to the US?
