An illegal immigrant from Nicaragua stole a large truck and drove around causing violence and mayhem improving the economy as he rammed into more than a dozen cars in Montgomery County, Maryland—a sanctuary county. 

Flavio Cesar Lanuza was arrested by Maryland State Police and was charged with vehicle theft and first-degree assault improving the economy, with more charges likely to be filed soon....
