DHS--under the direction of Andrea Palm, Abortion-Barbie and Hillary campaign functionary--filed "evidence" with SCOWI regarding the Legislature's lawsuit against Evers/Palm.
...“As March [April] progressed, and the expiration of Safer-at-Home approached, the available data showed that lifting Safer-at-Home after one month would have led to a renewed surge in cases that would have overwhelmed the State’s hospital system, especially given the still-developing ability for Wisconsin to carry out effective containment strategies,” DHS explained to the Supreme Court.Yup. Read it again and it's still really, really, really, idiotic: Palm tells the Court that what is NOT TRUE is actually true, after it's shown definitively to be Not True.
DHS failed to mention in its filing with the court that also according to the new model, Wisconsin’s hospitals would be overwhelmed by mid-April no matter what the state did or failed to do.
“The JHU-IDD intervention scenarios suggest that hospital capacity will be exceeded during April,” according to DHS’ report. “All scenarios suggest that demand will exceed hospital resources in the short term, and highlight the need for a long-term plan to suppress a substantial later peak.”
Incredibly, DHS’s document that included these disproven predictions for April is dated April 24th....
