We were there on Tuesday last and saw signs warning that the next two days would be “Move-In” days for UW and to “expect delays”. Dodged a bullet there – but not the construction on University Ave.
Having hands-on experience of this over a nine-year period at Whitewater, I shudder to think what Madison would be like!
