Spencer, who is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon, and attempted first-degree intentional homicide, use of a dangerous weapon, could spend the rest of his life in prison, according to the complaint.
In June Spencer was adjudged to be a delinquent in possession of a firearm and released on $500 bail set by Milwaukee County Circuit Court Commissioner Grace Flynn under the condition that he would possess no weapons, according to court records.
