Nobody in the Chicago 'business affairs' bureaucracy bothered to tell her about a "dairy license."
Nor the $40,000 pasteurizing machine she will have to buy;
Nor the "I dare you" prohibition on using fresh strawberries;
Nor the "I dare you" suggestion that she use some sort of pre-mix ice-cream "stuff" instead of whole sweet cream....
Stick a fork in her. She's done.
