That Wisconsin EITC cut of last week?
The cut...falls heaviest on those with three or more kids, for whom Wisconsin's credit was easily the most generous in the country. Such is our "hate" that this top tier will fall to about what Vermont or New York pay (and twice what Massachusetts does).
Meantime, the Sensitive Ones are complaining about painting-placements.
