Kmiec-Slap in Kansas

Voting for the pro-abort is, simply, evil.

In a voter's guide released for the second time since 2006, the Kansas Catholic Bishops make it clear that Catholics would "commit moral evil" by voting for a candidate who embraces abortion, euthanasia, embryonic stem-cell research, human cloning, and same-sex "marriage," when a morally acceptable candidate is available.

The voter's guide signed by Archbishop Joseph Naumann of Kansas City, bishops Ronald Gilmore of Dodge City, Paul Coakley of Salina, and Michael Jackels of Wichita sends a strong message to Catholics that advancing pro-abortion candidates and their aims is incompatible with the Catholic Faith. The statement means trouble not only for Catholic politicians like pro-abortion US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, but also for the conservative Catholic Doug Kmiec, a well known constitutional law professor who endorsed Obama as a "natural" for the Catholic vote.

Yesterday, Mayor Tommy Barrett (a Catholic) appeared at an event pushing for the only Presidential candidate supporting live-birth baby-killing.

Why don't the goofy Kansas bishops also condemn in vitro fertilization in the same manner? What a bunch of flaming hypocrites!

Stem cell research has "destroyed" perhaps a thousand "innocent babies" while tens of thousands of frozen embryos are discarded each year. If the loss of one "little human" via ESL be a sin, what about the loss of thousands more via IVF?

Hypocrites, hypocrites, hypocrites!

Wisconsin Right to Life issued a news release today about Obama's opposition to an Illinois bill that would have protected babies born alive after an abortion attempt. He was a state senator at the time and he actively used his chairmanship of the State Senate Health and Human Services Committee to kill the bill.
He is now trying to cover up those votes. To see WRTL's news release go to either the Wheeler Report at thewheelerreport.com
or WisPolitics.com It's something everyone should read.

"the only Presidential candidate supporting live-birth baby-killing."

To be more accurate, it should be "the only Presidential candidate the history of the United States with a voting record supporting live-birth baby-killing."
