Xoff raises an interesting question:
Paul Bucher was smart enough not to answer their [ProLife Wisconsin's] survey. He probably recognizes that their positions are so far out of the mainstream that Pro-Life Wisconsin's endorsement would hurt, rather than help, in the general election.
If it is true that Bucher "did not answer their survey," that is troublesome, because in most cases, non-response means that the candidate does not agree with the organization's overall point of view.
Well, Xoff doesn't agree with PLW, either.
