Seems that Robin Vos has decided to take a long nap.
The state’s No Tax On Tips legislation cleared the Assembly Committee on Ways and Means Thursday.
The legislation, Assembly Bill 38, would end the state income tax on qualified tips....
That was in September.
A look at the history on AB38 since then produces a nearly-blank page. Some committee reported on sumpin'sumpin' and Robin Vos has not moved the bill.
But remember that Robin is a HERO according to Jay Weber.
