How did Trump manage to piss him off so much that he'd lie, lie, lie, and lie like Hell?
Easy.
He brought EM's to the White House direct from 'stan. And he asked them "What do you need? What do you think of the progress?"......and other questions that Kelly and his High Ranking Fools didn't approve of.
When Trump learned--from the EM's--what was going on, he made changes which also displeased the High and Mighty Incompetents & Grifters crowd.
I wish I had video of those sessions.......
