The Kenosha Trial

There's a trial going on in Kenosha.  It's going to be all about self-defense.

You'll hear even more whining and crying from the wounded thug and his relatives, not to mention the relatives of the dead thug; and if not the relatives, you'll hear it from reporters and reporter-ettes who will rip off their pearls and rend their garments over the INHUMANITY of exercising the right to self-defense with a rifle.

Yah.  

Meantime, the judge--he gets hate-mail.

“Make sure and tell Schroeder what a worthless piece of shit he is. He’ll find out officially when his heart seizes up in a few years and he has to stand before a real judge”

 “First how dare anyone call that old buzzard honorable. Honorable Judges follow the constitution…..What a dump your trashy state is. Better goosestep to the sound of Trump’s KLAN RALLIES, HUH?”

Meantime, we have the VERY obvious case-rigging going on.  Here's a tidbit about Gaige Grosskreutz, the wounded thug.

...Gaige was shot and wounded by Rittenhouse on 8/25/2020 when Gaige pointed a gun at Kyle, seemingly trying to kill the then-17-year-old.

A few weeks later, on October 26, 2020, Gaige was arrested for driving while intoxicated – almost three times the legal limit. The Milwaukee DA didn’t charge him for three months. They charged him after the KCE repeatedly asked why he wasn’t charged. Yesterday, October 27, 2021, a liberal Judge called Jack Divilia, who was appointed to be a judge just last year by Democrat Governor Tony Evers, dismissed the case over a turn signal. We asked the judge if his decision had to do with the fact that Gaige was shot by Rittenhouse on August 25, 2020. He did not chose to respond to our question. 

The timing is very curious. Under Wisconsin statutes, the defense could have asked Gaige about his pending criminal case. Now that it has been dismissed [lawyers] cannot ask him. The dismissal comes just 6 days before the Rittenhouse trial is scheduled to begin....

Undoubtedly just co-incidence.  Nothing to see here.  Move along.
