4103.375 Mandatory vaccination for employment prohibited. No
5employer may require an employee or prospective employee to receive a vaccine
6against the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus, which causes COVID-19, or show proof of
7having received such a vaccine, as a condition of an offer of employment or continued
8employment with the employer.
Since then? Nada. Zip. Zero.
Also since then: hundreds of hospital employees effectively FIRED for refusing the Vaxx. At a "Catholic" hospital chain, religious exemption requests were refused, wholesale.
