Tony Evers is sitting on millions of pandemic relief dollars earmarked for rent relief. The money is only disbursed after renters apply for it. Renters cannot be evicted for nonpayment because CDC says so. Therefore, renters have no reason to apply for rent relief. So Tony Evers continues to sit on millions of pandemic relief dollars earmarked for rent relief.
