Interesting little side-note on the latest Census numbers.
First off, Wisconsin's population gained 3.6% overall, but that gain was not evenly distributed. The 2nd CD will have to 'lose' ~40K residents.
...Today’s Census count means each of the eight congressional districts will include around 737,000 residents....
What does that mean?
...The 4th CD, which is largely made up of Milwaukee and is represented by Dem Gwen Moore, had just over 704,000 residents in 2019, suggesting it will have to pick up around 33,000 more....
Hmmmm. Does that mean that people are fleeing Tom Barrett's Murder City?
Final numbers for municipalities are not yet in.
